Position Summary: Must have a strong technical background in Electrical / Mechanical / Design / Development / National Renewable Energy projects / Oil & Gas / PE. The Director of Engineering will be managing and providing engineering, design/drafting, and technical support of projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in areas related to RNG, Hydrogen, CNG, and/or oil and gas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering leadership and direction to engineering, drafting, vendor, contractor, customers, team members.
  • Direct, manage and drive the technical and engineering of projects.
  • Provide engineering analysis, and specs of equipment for projects.
  • Review and guide engineering, specs, and scope of projects with selected EPC firms.
  • Assist other team members in in developing RFQs.
  • Develop P&ID & PFD for RNG / CNG fueling Station and Gas Processing Plant Projects
  • Develop quantity and cost estimates for site work.
  • Provide technician guidance of multiple concurrent projects, in multiple states, through the design and approval process.
  • Coordinate efforts of electrical and mechanical engineers, equipment manufacturers and company design team to produce construction plans and specifications.

  • Support the sales team at inquiry, award, and subsequent meetings with customers and serve as a technical representative when needed.
  • Use AutoCAD to quickly revise, update, and make changes to drawings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience and proven success in gas processing or related engineering.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience leading and managing company team members, and vendors.
  • PE License desired but not required.
  • Strong understanding of industry codes.
  • Understanding of industrial drafting standards, symbols, process, instrumentation, and wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to perform changes and updates to drawings utilizing AutoCAD.

Position Summary:  

A Plant Operator performs all functions for safely operating a Renewable Natural Gas Facility. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • This position will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and repairing equipment required to maximize gas plant production in a safe and environmentally compliant manner.
  • Maintain detailed records on production data, equipment operational hours, service schedules and equipment outages.
  • Check all operating equipment daily including flow meters, gas chromatographs, fluid levels, pressure and temperature readings, and unusual noises to correct conditions before failure occurs.
  • Perform all maintenance and repairs on the operating equipment including oil and filter changes, replacement and repair of valves, blowers, compressors, and other plant equipment, as necessary. Participate in preventative maintenance outages and overhauls.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in and around the plant. Keep oil from accumulating on the unit skids, floors, and soil around the plant.  Keep weeds and shrubs cleaned from the plant yard and perimeter fence. Keep equipment and floors looking as presentable as possible.

Position Summary:  The role of the Field Service Technician is to provide remote technical services to customer owned station personnel, and to respond to emergency calls in an organized, timely, and efficient manner. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Be able to perform all Commissioning Technician job functions. Provide training as needed.
  • Ability to establish root cause failure analysis.
  • Lead catastrophic failure repair or overhaul.

Position Summary:  The Warehouse Technician is responsible for maintaining receiving, the warehouse and distribution of materials and equipment.  Basic electrical knowledge of installation of conduit and wire is preferred with this position.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Shop fabrication of inventory items as needed, project staging, and general warehouse duties.
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment.

Position Summary:  The ideal candidate for Asset/Data Manager will work closely with operations for RNG plant upgrades, commissioning, and troubleshooting of plant equipment control systems. They will also be an integral part of data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators with Ignition.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report out data accurately and use for troubleshooting or enhancing projects. Work with large datasets and clearly communicating findings.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining various control systems for new and existing projects.
  • Writing logic for new projects, diagnosing, and troubleshooting logic, loading programs remotely and via onsite technicians, updating controller firmware, documentation of logic and programs, and other SCADA related projects.

Position Summary:  

 The Plant Operator performs all functions for safely operating a Renewable Natural Gas Facility.

 Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • This position will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and repairing equipment required to maximize gas plant production in a safe and environmentally compliant manner.
  • Maintain detailed records on production data, equipment operational hours, service schedules and equipment outages.
  • Check all operating equipment daily including flow meters, gas chromatographs, fluid levels, pressure and temperature readings, and unusual noises to correct conditions before failure occurs.
  • Perform all maintenance and repairs on the operating equipment including oil and filter changes, replacement and repair of valves, blowers, compressors, and other plant equipment, as necessary. Participate in preventative maintenance outages and overhauls.

As a Project Coordinator, you will utilize your expertise and leadership skills in working with customers, sales, consultants, engineering, manufacturing and operations, field construction, and permitting with AHJ (state, county, city, utility, gas, electric).
